What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle laying on of hands healing technique. The word REI can be interpreted as
Universal, but a much deeper meaning is spiritual consciousness - the wisdom that comes from
God or the Higher self. KI is the Life Force. As long as something is alive it has life force
in and around it. It is the energy behind our emotions, thoughts and spiritual life.
